A little background on why I selected Cranberry as my Service Center. I had emailed about five other mechanics in the area for quotes on brakes, and a few other maintenance items on my vehicle. I received vague quotes from the centers I actually got replies from. Nathan at Cranberry sent me an actual estimate with all the cost details, and the price beat all the other quotes. I was able to communicate with him to setup service and the whole process went seamlessly smooth. As for the work, Nathan didn't suggest a whole list of items he "thought" I would need (my personal opinion is that some mechanics tend to take advantage of the customer). Being that my vehicle had 80K miles on it, he only recommended that I flush and replace a few fluids which I did. After receiving my vehicle it now rides better and I am very satisfied with the work and overall experience with Cranberry. I will definitely be using them as my regular Service Center from now on.
