Big shout out to Leslie, the customer service rep for Cranberry for being very polite and responsive when I asked questions about my repair. Definitely very professional demeanor and she got back to me quickly when she had to converse with the mechanics first. She made the repair experience more pleasant.

Booked appointment online at my convenience and received confirmation email. Staff was friendly and ensured my car would be diagnosed first thing as I had a 12:00pm deadline. They called me with their diagnosis and for my approval to proceed. Car was ready by 10:00am.

Friendly, honest people that actually have the customer’s best interest in mind. The receptionist was lovely, and the guy who did our inspection (on a very old car that we knew was in rough shape and had low expectations going in) was as honest and straightforward as they come. We asked for an oil change and repairs estimate to get it to pass, but they called us up to tell us that the problems were worse than we thought and the repairs would be beyond the value of the car so they wanted to check with us before proceeding with the oil change so as not to waste our money in case we decided it wasn’t worth it to us to fix it up. They didn’t have to do that, but it was really thoughtful and we did in fact decline the oil change and we went right out that day and bought a new vehicle. We were way overdue anyway, this was just the final push we needed to go through with it. Anything we need in the future we’ll be coming to them for sure, but if you’re wondering if you should trust them, DO IT. PS - the previous owner did the horrible “repairs” I swear it wasn’t us, we just purchased REALLY rushed and carelessly a couple years ago and noticed everything after it was too late lol.

I just recently moved in town and in state! I had to get a state inspection in order to register my car and came here! Linsey is soo kind and helpful! Amazing customer service and a sweet genuine person. She helped me soo much and went above and beyond! The mechanics are also so kind and friendly and helpful! For being a chick, I can’t complain. The receptionist is exceptional on following up, producing quotes, communicating with mechanics and truthfully with clients. I’ve always been able to chat with a mechanic if I have questions, and they’ve always been straight up and honest. Just a good auto shop, like them old days ☺️

I’ve had really good experiences at Cranberry Auto that felt personalized and not of a generic auto shop. The quotes I received there have been fair and the work gets done on a timely manner.
