After an ordeal where the car wouldnt start in Nj it was taken to a nearby dealer who stated they will not be able to even look at it for 3 weeks. We found a trailer and brought it home to Cranberry on a Thursday. They said they were busy but if they can't get to it Friday it would definitely be looked at Monday. I got the call Monday afternoon that it had been diagnosed and they were waiting on a part to be delivered. The next morning around 9am I got the call that my car was done. The price was more than fair and I got my car back 2 weeks before anyone in NJ would have even looked at it.

Excellent service completed promptly. Much faster than any of other six repair service centers in the area that I had contacted. Everything done exactly as they said it would. Leslie a fantastic person to work with.

I had a Maryland state inspection done on my 04 Mercedes, even though it failed, the staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy on trying to get the sale to repair the car. I’d definitely recommend these guys Shout out to Leslie and Andrew Thanks guys!

I needed a Md State Inspection. My 1st try was a service center in Catonsville, said $140.00, leave the car all day, and they ship it out. 2nd try was a service center in Timonium, $120.00. My appointment set for 10:30am. I arrive at 10am. They tell me they are already 1/2 hour behind schedule. Finally I contact Cranberry Auto. Appointment set for 9:30, I arrive at 9am, car immediately taken back and completed at 9:45. The best part, $95.00. Come on man. Now that's how you run a business. Do what you said you would do. 110% fantastic. 110% satisfied. Great friendly staff. I will tell my friends.

Outstanding service and Fair pricing. We were able to get a Maryland State Inspection done here today. Very few shops are doing this activity anymore, and was so happy to hear that Cranberry Auto Service Center is still doing these. A Great job, and it was done quickly!!
