For being a chick, I can’t complain. The receptionist is exceptional on following up, producing quotes, communicating with mechanics and truthfully with clients. I’ve always been able to chat with a mechanic if I have questions, and they’ve always been straight up and honest. Just a good auto shop, like them old days ☺️

I’ve had really good experiences at Cranberry Auto that felt personalized and not of a generic auto shop. The quotes I received there have been fair and the work gets done on a timely manner. Overall, the staff are super friendly, courteous, helpful and reliable. I highly recommend bringing your car(s) there!

Excellent service from the front office girl to the mechanic who worked diligently to figure out what was wrong with the AC. Wonderful experience and car running great pricing very reasonable better than going to dealership. The only negative would be lack of shuttle to the mall while they have the car all day.

Thanks to everyone at Cranberry Auto Service Center! I now have colder AC that I haven’t had in years. I’m sorry to say that the other shop I’ve been going to for years told me the temperature coming out of the vents was the correct temperature. I know it wasn’t working correctly. Btw, they got me in and out quickly. Thanks again!!

Great experience! I couldn’t show up for my agreed drop off time. They understood and said to drop off later that day as I was able. Friendly staff and Technicians. Very pleased.
